Unhappy Not a comfortable experience, management team rude no acknowledgement to customer
Double charged my stay the kitchen had no kitchen ware at all no silverware, pots pans nothing at all, no ice trays, this was terrible that was why I chose to stay there so that I could cook my own food, no hair dryer, worst extended stay I have ever been to.
Smells really bad The room smelled really bad. The bed was horrible. Really loud and not worth it
Was VERY disappointed with the staff! Paid extra for a late checkout and had housekeeping come twice to my door while I was in a meeting! Very unprofessional! Very upset!
Never again Disgusting. You can hear everything going on in all of the rooms surrounding. Got a queen size bed that was more like a full. The free breakfast was a joke. Granola bars and gross coffee. Next time I will spend the extra money to not stay there even if it was just to sleep for a few hours. The bed was so uncomfortable that I couldn't sleep anyways.
I chose this hotel because it says breakfast included, and next morning I was expect breakfast, it's just some muffins and biscuits displayed beside of entrance, the hot water is not hot at all. My room shower tube was blocked very bad, seems no body take care of it as well. If you looking for a hotel inclu breakfast, never choose this one, although it say inclu though.
Carpets all felt damp. No maid service the next day. Loud barking dog in the room next door all night.
Close to Chino Airport Country Club Stayed here for a wedding at the Chino Airport- conveniently located. I slept fine but my wife was sensitive to all the noises- air conditioner, refrigerator and the door lock banging- from the air drafts in the hallway. You can tell the hotel has been there for a while. We were away from the highway so there was not car noise. The king bed was comfortable. Just too noisy to sleep.
Don't Do It !!! 1. Our room was not ready @ time of check in. 2. No Ice Machine, What hotel don't gave an Ice Machine. 3. No pool,what the @$%÷? 4. Will never book @ hotel this ever again...
