Very lovely place. A little farther from the Soccer Center than what I was indicated but still nice place. Front desk very friendly. Excellent Customer Service

I wasn't pleased with the sarcasm and un-pleasant comment from the check-in clerk regarding the authenticity and approval of my credit card. I felt the comment, "Oh, well you're credit card is ok." was inappropriate.

This chain of hotels is not about comfort but about an okay place to stay and have a chance to fix your own meals. That's why we often stay at Extended Stay Hotels. This one was a bit tired and in need of renovations. Nothing bad....nothing notable.

Nice hotel. Close to Chino airport - we were there for the annual Chino Air how.
