Keep expectations low Over-priced for inept staff, questionable kitchen-wares, hallways stinking of sewage and vomit, trash in the hallways and litter on the grounds. A/C worked well, but max volume on the TV isn't loud enough to hear over it.

Good location but that's all Old, broken. "Continental breakfast" a joke. It took us 20 min to check in the lady didn't know what she was doing.

Though provided, the refrigerator and microwave in my room did not work. Moreover, sold out status did not allow for a room change and there was no engineer on property to repair the issue.

Not as i expected. The hotel was lack of personnel staff to assist guest like me with heavy luggages. During my two night stay the housekeeping. Did not clean it. Water pressure was not that strong and i suggest to intall a bidet outlet at the toilet bowl. Slow internet.

family weekend trip i chose this hotel due to it's price and location from Universal Studio. other hotels were cheaper and/ or closer but was near railroad tracks or didn't look clean enough. PROS: Extended Stay had a quick and easy check in and check out (w/ a friendly smile), comfortable beds and soft pillows, had a kitchen w/ large refrigerator (pots, pans, and dishes must be requested), quiet rooms, updated flat panel tv's, secure side entrances, CONS: no pool, WiFi had strong signal but you must upgrade for full capabil... read more

Hotel is ok, very poor customer service. This hotel had the worst customer service I have ever encountered in a hotel: it took over half an hour to check in, with only one attendant to answer phones, check people in, etc. Then, with the hotel obviously not full, she gave us the WORST room in the hotel, basically right in the front lobby, across the hall from the laundry room, and a few steps away from the breakfast room. Disappointed. Will never stay here. Equipped with kitchen, but no utensils. You have to ask in the front desk for what you need. charge good amount per night breakfast included but not worth it. Everyday same breakfast menu : Tasteless muffin and instant oat meal. Elevator smelled bad. First hotel in 4 days never saw house keeping in the hall way.

Nice on the outside but don't be fooled The staff was nice and the room was in good condition. So what went so wrong? Very thin walls. Throughout the day and night you can hear people walking up and down the hallway, you can also hear people walking above you on the upper floors. This made it very difficult to sleep at night. The walls are so thin that the hotel set setting on the tvs where they couldn't go above a certain volume. This also made it difficult to relax when you couldn't enjoy a movie because you couldn't hear.

convenient location for us while we have stayed here before because the location is just between the two kids homes. Otherwise, we won't stay here again, mainly because my husband would like it to be more than no frills. If you know to expect that and can live with that, than it's fine. But I mean it is NO frills. No plastic cups even to drink out of in the bathroom. There was tissue and shampoo and small soap. No conditioner, no cups. Good bed, clean and neat and had a decent kitchen if you need to stay.
