Good hotel location Booked 2 rooms &1 of the rooms stinks, uncomfortable bed including sofa bed. Can't sleep comfortably, there's a pounding noise outside throughout the night. This is on the 2nd floor, #206. Also, aircon is noisy. Breakfast not good, no fruits

Avoid This Hotel This place is really awful. The building is old, and it is apparently more of a hotel for long term transients than a place to take your family. I wound up with a smoking room - when I had requested non-smoking - and the halls reek of cigarettes, and sometimes of marijuana. They neglect to mention in their Hotels.com ad that they do not clean the rooms unless you're staying there for a week. The rooms are run down, and not very clean. Could not wait to leave! Waited til after 3 for check in. Check in took 20 min for the whole process. Front desk was rude and unfriendly. 15 dollar parking fee that just started in dec for what? The "breakfast" was bad coffee and granola bars.

Reasonable price but the place is filthy Location is near Northridge Fashion Center, room is average but hallways are filthy and smell dog poops. It is a pet friendly hotel but they have to clean it well. Hallways and common areas should be properly maintained. It shouldn't look and smell like trash. Sorry for the comment, I have stayed in many Extended America locations and this one in Northridge is the worst.

There were very few pet-friendly options in this area, and this seemed like the best value. Wouldn't stay there again, though. The facility was not as clean and comfortable as I would expect for that rate, but maybe that's just the price of the area.

Clean room but the hotel was dirty The check in service was bad, front desk took forever to check me in

Don't stay here ! Hotel had a bug on bed, when I contacted staff about it the front desk woman never apologized and honestly did not care a single bit... All she did was change my room and looked bothered to do so... Absolute horrible experience.

So uncomfortable The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept in. We paid extra to stay in the "suite". When we arrived it smelled like something was rotten or dead in the room. There's a train that is close by and you hear it going by every so often. They say the room includes a "free breakfast" and they even took the time to tell me there was "free breakfast" in the morning from 6-9:30a.
