Bad house keeping We did not receive any room service between our 2 night stay. Very disappointed, house keeping was even at the door next to us when we left our room in the morning but apparently skipped our room or forgot.

Worst Experience EVER! It was the worst experience I've ever had at an hotel. The room smelled of cat urine and smoke and we had to transfer to a different room. We woke up with scratchy throats from the miserable night sleep. We moved into another room and it was an intense melldew smell that we couldnt escape. Overall it was a nightmare.

BOOK THE TOP FLOOR ROOM!!! I'm a heavy sleeper; however, I was still woken several times by the guests above my room by them just merely walking across their floor. The ceiling/floor is paper thin, so I heard all creeks, footsteps, accidental stomps and everything else. It's rare I have a restless night since I'm a heavy sleeper, but found that here.

Let Down I decided to stay at this hotel because the rooms seemed nice and offered "free hot continental breakfast". First off, I was mislead by the breakfast since it was literally gross coffee and couple of muffins and bars. Where is the hot breakfast? Another guest mentioned that there to us chatting in the elevator. The hotel hallway smelled of marijuana and we were in the (non-smoking) floor. Also, they do not provide housekeeping! What?! Don't book for the continental breakfast like I di The continental breakfast was a real disappointed. It's too small near the reception area and the options were extremely slim. Coffee, snack bar and a sugary muffin. Nothing healthy, no water, fruit. Just terrible. I've stayed at other hotels that offer a very satisfying continental breakfast.

unsatisfactory service No available front desk during the evening shift. Housekeeping did no clean our room during the day while we were out. The room was messy and they didn't bring new towels. We requested plates they took so long to bring it and by then we didn't need it anymore. Overall I wouldn't recommend this place. The service was awful.

Tub Blocked Up Ask in the morning to fix tub as it was not draining. Come back from work and it is dirty looking like someone did something. Ran the water and the tin started to backfill with water and filth. Called the desk for a plunger and help. Took a half hour to show up but he did not know what to do. So I took the plunger and tried to drain the tub with no success. The worker said sorry. You can call the front desk in the morning and ask to take a shower in another room. Hmmmm. And he left. Never going back there They had no cots when I was told they were going to provide us one if I pay extra, for extra guess. I made a reservation for three rooms.... Continental breakfast is a joke. They only provide coffee, hot chocolate and a cheap muffin. They should not be advertising "Continental breakfast". We had crazy people knocking on our door and they police showing up at night. The smell from the people cooking in other rooms circulated to our rooms.
