You could hear everything... people walking thru halls ...closing doors... I couldn't sleep in.

Not in a good area The bed sheets were not clean, I stayed up all night itching and couldn't wait to leave.

Misleading price - do not book When you finally get to the hotel and get the room, they will charge you $15 per day for parking. And what's worse is that they do not state this in obvious position on booking page. This is fraud behavior, no tolerance.

Room reeked!!! My boyfriend and I drove down around 8PM from Northern California. We get into our room and it reeked like someone cooked a nasty dinner. We are never one to complain, but it was so unbearable that we went to the front desk and asked if there was anything else available. He said there were no rooms available which seemed hard to believe because the parking lot was pretty empty and that if we didn't like it we could leave. Ooof From the outside the place looked nice- but as we walked up to the reception door there were a bunch of people hanging out smoking and super drunk/loud. Check in was easy, clerk was nice. When we got into our room- it was quite dirty, and there was sand in the bed. It was late so we just crashed on top of the sheets and took off in the morning. Didn't try the breakfast.

Clean place and friendly staff, but not happy 1) Hotel advertised as studio with utensils, bread maker, dishes etc: But we couldn't get any of them for 1 1/2 of days. 2) Hotel advertised as it includes breakfast: What was provided is barely any food. 3) House keeping is apparently for only folks that would stay for more than a week.

Horrible Experience We stayed at this hotel on 2/18/17 for 2 nights. We picked this place because it was close to Universal Studios. After a 4 hour drive that turned into 8 because of traffic, we were looking forward to just getting dinner, then crashing. We rented 3 rooms. We had 4 kids altogether, including a baby. First off, we requested a crib but none available. The response from staff was "just because you requested it doesn't mean we have it." Second, there were hairs on the towels, pillowcases and sheets.
