Bad experince It was the worst experience in an Extended stay hotel Towels had holes of which I have pics and in the night I was getting suffocated with some weird smell of maruijana coming into my room. wold not recommend anybody:(
Upon arrival to my assigned room I was very disappointed in the cleanliness and condition of the room. The beds WERE NOT made, stains on the floor and on the sheets. Very dirty. Definitely was not happy.
Not too good - read carefully before u book Maybe I did not realize the Extended Stay model but, for the price we paid, we were thoroughly disappointed at several things - 1. The night staff was really indifferent, almost rude, sort of don't care attitude. 2. 'Free breakfast' is a joke - coffee, tea, muffins. That's it. There is really nothing meaningful. Doors slam loudly Auto door closing mechanisms SLAM the doors shut all night long as fellow travelers come and go. A cat meowed all night in the room next door.
Smelly rooms No ice machine or coffee maker, $15 parking fee. Stay elsewhere. gross hotel
We just wanted a place to stay decently distanced from Universal Studios. The area is not the greatest. Not many restaurants around. The hotel was accommodating by giving us a non-smoking suite when I had mistakenly reserved a smoking room. The room was outdated but clean. The breakfast was included but was very disappointing with only coffee, tea, hot water for oatmeal, granola bars and cheap blueberry muffins.
Bugs in bed sheets Saw little critters in the bed sheets. Idk if they were bed bugs or baby roaches. Either way, I left immediately.
