Room was not available due to water pipe issue, and no other rooms were available. Recommended some other hotel too far away.
Not recommended Room looked clean but on a closer look, the bathroom had pubic and long hair inside the tub, before we even used the bathroom. They did not clean the the room the next day or gave us fresh towels, didn’t pick up garbage (one small garbage can in bathroom). The front desk said they don’t clean until check out. No toiletries, no complimentary coffee, etc like other hotels. Not a very pleasant stay for the price.
The toilet did not work. Horrible customer service. No one answer the phones
Staff was knowledgeable and nice but the hotel itself was a bit outdated and dirty
Good property to stay at for a night or 2. Staff was great and they welcomed us. The room however was not what we anticipated. We found 2 cockroaches in our room, the iron did not work but was replaced, the door was broken but was fixed. Would not stay here again.
The room was not clean and was smelly.
