The Staff, the room, the entire experience is very basic with nothing unique or outstanding. This was not a negative experience, but it was also not a positive one. Very basic services.

Not impressed We stayed at this hotel one night before our Carnival Cruise. It was not clean, there were no washcloths available and the property has a funny smell.

Bad cigarette smell Non smoking room but it smelled like cigarettes. Horrible. I am understanding because that was the only room available.

Shower head was bad and water pressure was horrible. No coffee in room. No cups or other kitchenware in kitchenette.

The room had a fridge, microwave, hot plate and decent "kitchenette" but not one cup in the room. For the price, it's exactly what you would expect. Just seemed dated and could use some cleaning up, inside and out.

Very friendly and clean, was able to check in later, gave more towels and extra items for our room, had an opinion to have room service for an extra fee
