Room was clean. Bed was cozy. Pet friendly and the staff were super nice. Check in was easy. Lots of restaurants in walking distance. Plenty of parking

Liked the availability of a wakeup call in the AM and friendly front desk personnel. Didn't like the absence of the room we booked, but we were upgraded for a discount by the front desk staff without a problem. Freeway noise could be a problem at night, as it is adjacent to the hotel. The microwave didn't work.

The hotel was not very clean. The elevator was extremely dirty. The hallways were dirty also. The rooms were older & had a weird smell to them. The bathroom just stunk. It smelled like mildew. There was not a coffee machine in the room. It had a kitchen with everything except coffee. The area it was in was nice. Check in took a very long time and the person working gave me the wrong room key then questioned how I ended up with it.
