Fish Smile everywhere in Hotel . Bad Smile inside the Hotel Room.

Building had a strong small of cigarettes. Toilet was broken on the first room and they had no maintenance staff to fix it. Got transferred to another room the following day, which had bugs in the kitchen (small roaches). Very disappointed

A few things about this location is that the images on their page are misleading. The rooms aren't as clean as what is displayed on their website. The shower seems old and falling apart, the fridge is very outdated and runs loud all night no mater what. They keys to the room don't always work. On more then one occasion I was unable to enter my room do to my room keys not working. The first night my room keys looked me out of my room which I had to get them activated again. Do not stay here Check in time was 3 we got there at 430 was told it wasn’t ready had to wait until 5 got our room then went to go eat came back card key didn’t work there was a sign saying be back in 45 mins now we can’t get into our room finally got it fixed the person didn’t say sorry nothing just good luck. There was trash in drawers and a hair tie in the food out bed showing it wasn’t cleaned. We will not stay at an extended stay again

Monrovia Extended Stay The hotel reeked of pot, my room, the hallways, the lobby all smelled like pot. The tub had peeling paint all over it, disgusting. The closet had no door, carpet was filthy. No ice machine in the hotel. Very disappointed.

Not my choice of hotel to stay. I’m not budget limited but had no choice after driving 4 hours to attend a seminar the next day coz I was bumped out of the double tree next door.

Power went out in the dark all night elevator did not work. No continental breakfast would like a refund I bought stay protection but have not heard back from Expedia very disappointed customer after using Expedia for over a year.

Separe con meses de anticipación 2 cuartos para mis hijas y uno para mi esposo y yo. Y cuando llego me hacen el check in de un solo cuarto(el mio) y me comentan cuando llegen tus hijas hacemos el check ik y cuando ellas llegan,SORPRESA;NO HAY CUARTOS,dicen sorry esta todo SOLD OUT! Que se vallan a otro hotel,.terrible falta de profecionalismo y seriedad al no respetar las reservaciones y eso que habia hecho la reserva PREPAGO.fue un dolor de cabeza conseguir un cuarto la noche antes de Rose Bowl in Pasadena y sus alrededores... read more
