Good hotel Great location, a lot of restaurants around and close to the freeway. Room was clean the only thing was the bathroom sink water stopper was broken and the water would t drain had to use the kitchen sink to wash teeth and hand other than that room was great. Def would stay there again!
3 days stay Room was small for a suite.the air condition took a long time to cool the room. No service at all for 3 days stay. Have to do everything myself taking garbage out, buying shampoo and conditioner. Poor breakfast, the area was nice and close to high way.
Weekend getaway The staff was wonderful, very courteous and professional. We needed extra towels before we checked out and they didnt hesitate to bring some to the room. Good location, easy access to the FWY and restaurants, stores all around.
Keys didn't work, place is filthy, rooms in poor repair, said served breakfast with was cold tasteless coffee and chemical filled stale breakfast bars. Shampoo only on request no other amenities. o

Room was not in good condition. Wifi didnt work. Tub and shower needs to be replaced . Sink faucet handle was not attached (was basically placed on top) could not use the sink. Microwave needs to be replaced. the

I travel a lot. This hotel was just awful. Checked in to our room. Bathroom had cleaning supplies, rubber gloves, dirty towels. Checked into the SECOND room, shower didn’t work, rude staff, dirty cleaning rags hanging from the shower rod. You can’t make this stuff up. I was incredulous. Never again.

The staff were terrible!! Not professional at all I had to wait for 10 minutes for someone to come help me … the room wasn’t as clean as expected and the bed had some metal springs coming out the bed !! The breakfast bar area wasn’t prepared at all coffee wasn’t ready either the hotel experience wasn’t good at all I wouldn’t recommend coming back !!

The only reason I give it 2 stars is because the staff was amazing. Everyone was super friendly and kind, but the rooms were not completely clean and the first room was leaking from the ceiling in two different spots. We were thankfully moved to a different room, but it was a smaller bed and so the last night there was very uncomfortable. Also there was a dead roach in the kitchen cabinet.
