Avoid this hotel!! I’ve stayed at different extended stay hotels and this one was the worse by far! I booked 3 rooms and 1 smelled of cigarette smoke! Even though it said non-smoking and residents would be penalized for smoking! Elevator only went up but not down-we were on 3rd floor. One room towels were dirty!! The hallway smelled of trash because the door where bins were kept stayed open. When we closed it, our bathroom which was next to the trash, started to smell!!! Customer service was good The hallway to the room smells There where bugs in my room (crickets).I need to cook, but there where no utensils available.
A give this place a zero waste of my money It smelled like wet dog. The hallways was hot and musty. The rooms could have been better. Customer service was horrible. Try calling be towels and fit rooms to get cleaned even that was a no. They told us we had to bring our towels down for them to wash and once they where clean we would get them back and house keeping is every 2 weeks. Our rooms had wholes on the head board. The bathroom tubs had chipped paint all over the bottom

Staff and area are great. This is an aging property that needs some serious remodeling and new furniture. The top sheet on our bed had a hole in it from wear. The tub had some stains and it didn't look clean.
There was only 1 trash can in the room & it was in the kitchen. The stair well smelled like urine. The elevator didn’t work for a day. We were on the 2nd floor & my husband was on crutches. The website there was breakfast. It was muffins, granola bars, instant oatmeal & coffee. The rooms were old & tired. Looked like they haven’t been updated since the 70’s.
Needs fresh paint and new carpets, carpet was highly stained and dirty
The absolute worse mold is the shower horrible pull out bed
