I was very dissatisfied with my stay. This was the only hotel that had availability and the AC was not working. Along with that, there was a funky smell as he walked into the room. I tried asking the front to see if there was any other room available and they told me no and the best they can do is offer a 15% discount. That still does not justify the condition I am in from how I slept. Then they wanted to charge me a late checkout.

Where should I begin the girl who was at the front desk that evening seemed less interested in me as a I with her. She was Kurt and seemed as if I was wasting her time. Considering I really only stayed the one night she didn't offer let us prorate you stay as a dorm or gesture of good faith and communion. That's how you

Staff was generally courteous. Room was clean to start with, but by the time I finished my two weeks stay, it definitely needed room service (their policy is no free room service for stays upto two weeks - so you have to remove your trash too). You have to ask for utensils and dishes at the front desk if you intend to cook. In my room the fridge was leaking and it didn't get fixed till I left.

The worst I ever stayed in . Rooms dirty , no shampoo, towels old . Never again

Shocked and disgusted We paid $700 for four nights. There were cockroaches. The room key would not work. We had to replace it several times throughout our four night stay. There was rarely an attendent there to assist us. Kitchen sink was clogged. Wet stains in hallway. We took our own trash out. When my husband tried to rebook because he is working on fire clean up and is having a hard time finding hotels in the area, they stated they wouldn't book to us because of an odor in the room, but wouldnt specify what kind of odor.... read more

The halls smell like something died. The bathroom has mold around the tub. There was food in the kitchen sink. Maid needs to be more thorough in cleaning. So im sure sheets weren't even changed. Elevator is slow as hell and loud. No ice machines. Coffee wasn't fresh. And breakfast didn't exist. False advertisement.
