Convenient location close to shops and restaurants This hotel is close to a variety of restaurants and shops. I felt that the price with tax was a little higher than expected. No ice bucket or ice machine. There is no fitness room. The basic necessities were present and the staff was very helpful. Microwave, stove top, and refrigerator present and dishes, utensils, and pots and pans available on request.
Friendly people that worked there. Spacious rooms with kitchen and pretty nice size bathrooms.

Basic, maybe over priced Typical extended stay with kitchenette. Had handicap accessible bathroom that needed a better cleaning. No bath towels in the room. IMO overpriced for just a few nights stay but not a terrible hotel. Just nothing special.
needs more staff It took us about 15 mins before someone could opened the locked door when we arrived around past midnight. No one is answering phone calls either. No one changed our bedding and towels for 3 nights.

Near freeway - easy access to Rose Bowl We stayed 2 nights while attending Rose Bowl functions. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. The room was pretty dated but comfortable enough and clean.We really didn't spend much time there - just there to sleep.
Got this hotel at the last minute for a trip to see the Rose Parade. Was surprised to find that it was very clean and comfortable for the area and price. It's an older hotel that's been renovated and was good for a quick overnight stay with the family. Room had a kitchenette with sink, 2 electric burner stovetop, full size fridge, and microwave. I had stayed at the hotel before and had a good experience however this time the room had many issues the stove didn't work at all the Tv remote worked intermittently. There was a dog down the hall that barked all night. At check out it was found that I had been double charged for the room once by hotels.com and once by the hotel themselves. The charge made by the hotel was refunded immediately and I was told that due to all of the issues of the night the charges from hotels.com would also be reversed its been about 3 weeks ... read more
