Super dirty place We went to the citizens Bank Arena to a concert with some friends and decided to stay here. We booked rooms one with a king size bed and when we arrive they said that they overbooked so they didn’t have a room for us. After arguing a few minutes we get our rooms and we noticed that there was blood stains on the walls and the carpets were stained all over the place. They made us sign a document not to smoke but the place smelled like cigarette all over the place.

Bed bugs were found in my bed and now I'm seeking medical attention. I informed the front desk and she was nice enough to change my room, but it was too late. I also paid for a king room and instead was switched to a Queen room that was in deplorable conditions. I stayed at the Ontario Airport Hotel because I started itching and couldn't stop.

This was the filthiest place and most run down Smells terrible, no cleaning

Not great Room had an odor to it. Didn’t smell fresh/clean. Restroom was not cleaned properly and toilet seat looked dirty. The room seemed rundown and outdated. Wouldn’t stay there again.

Didn't like at all. Shower wss was horrible! Wasn't as nice as expected! Wouldn't recommend minus well go to a motel 6

No coffee in the room. Poor condition towels, room not as clean as possible.
