Dirty shower with hair and pieces of soap stuck to shower floor. Cockroach in the room. Black strands of hair in the bed and on floor. However, the front check in staff was extremely nice and helpful.

Property is dirty from the sidewalk to the little reception area, glad they overbooked me along with 3 other guests in line front of me with only one person to help, after a while of waiting and swing people being sent to wonder where to go at last minute, it was my turn to be told no room for you! They blamed Expedia and the other sits obviously for other people in stead of taking responsibility, I got refunded from Expedia and found a better cleaner, great service hotel in the same street:) I will avoid this hotel, not rel... read more
Rooms smell like humidity , bathroom ceiling stains , I didn’t even want to take a shower

The property was poorly light on the exterior, making me very wary as a single woman traveling online. The first room I was given was not cleaned and the 2nd room I was given seemed only partly cleaned, with food still in the kitchen. If I wasn't staying for only 6 hours, I would be demanding a refund.

Constructions and ANTS everywhere. Ants were crawling on our food and clothes.Constructions noise woke us up at 6 am.
