Property smelled stale and cigarette. Noisy and unsafe.

Rooms infested with roaches

The place is very filthy! Once you walk inside it has a strong terrible smell. Like old wood house! I couldn’t sleep at night due to the smell. I had to buy a candle to lightening it up all night. Our kitchen was dirty and the microwave had stains and it was rusty. Not safe at all. The windows were dirty. Lots of spider webs and insects and the curtains seems they haven’t been washed in decades. This hotel needs full renovation. I would not recommend this place at all. Nothing like the pictures shown.

Terrible service from the night person in charge This was a terrible decision, I booked my room just before midnight and 35/40 min later I called as I was driving there and the lady that answered the phone told me I was a no show and she WOULD NOT Check me in even if she could. I explained to her that made reservation about a hour ago so not sure why should call me a no show. Very dirty hallways leading to the room. Room with sticky floor. I have to buy swiffer to mop my own dirty room, Lysol to sanitize the room, and Lysol to spray the bad smell inside the room. Lots of hair on the bed, under the sheets. I bought my own blanket since the comforter looks dingy white. Do better!

The property is poorly maintained, carpets were dirty, room furniture is dated and bed sheets had stains. Also encountered roaches. Not a great place to stay.

There were roaches in my room, I tried to call the front desk and ask them to switch me rooms and they refused, someone got shot right by my car so very unsafe and I was unable to leave for hours after checkout because of that, it was super loud and the AC didn’t work
