The cleanliness of the room was terrible. The table had food crumbs on it. There were stains on the carpet. There was hair in the tub. Overall I was scared to actually stay there and will not be back.

Let's see. 3 AM the first night, the room across the hall was breaking glass and people pounding on the door. 20 minutes later, the fire alarm went off for 20 minutes and the fire department arrived. The next day, the fire alarm was pulled again. Three police cars were present. The room had bed bugs crawling on the wall as well, but I don't think the police were there for the bugs. Stay somewhere else.

The room smells like cat piss in the store did not work they kept smoking in a fire alarm kept going off. Cat woke up in the middle of the night because of fire and the alarm kept going off the next day when I try to report how the wrong smell they gave me carpet freshener and the smell stay there there were cat hair all under the bed. Wasted my money going grocery shopping to cook breakfast on Saturday and they're not even use the food because the stove did not work and lack of things and items they do not have

First room was still dirty upon check in. Second room I woke up with a roach and its hatched egg in bed with me. I absolutely will not be staying there again. Ruined my birthday trip.

Hotel smelled like cat piss everywhere. Hotel keys would barely ever work. People that stay there are super noisy and it sounded like people moving furniture around at all hours of the day above me. Hotel staff was friendly, but definitely never staying here again!

Whole point of getting room here was because of the in-room-kitchen and the cookware that was stated to be provided for their guests but after 2 days no effort was made on providing any cook amenities such pots, pans, etc. after several request were made. Also there was no toilet paper or shampoo and when the front desk was called they said come down and get it yourself. Had to go and buy our own cookware.
