Old, weird musky smell and a roach came out to say hello.. But the service from the staff is amazing on the other hand.

People outside, closed to the front door was smoking. The room smell like cigarette. Guest with dog inside the room. Floor is sticky, and we found a small cockroach back to the headboard. We selected this hotel because we have an event at the Toyota Arena.

Dirty and work down I ended up leaving the hotel as soon as I saw the room. The pictures when I decided to rent were really deceiving. The room was extremely dirty or worn down. I am requesting a full reimbursement. My kids and I left after taking the pictures.
