not a good hotel for family with kids!!! Bad!! We had the room for 2 nights, we were out all day and when we came back the room was not clean, I called the frnt desk and told me that they only do housekeeping service once a week ad when the guest checks out, as a family we expectd at least the towels replaced, we had nothing and not good for the kids it had no pool at all!!! No good fr short stays and families with kids.

Horrible service Terrible! Checked-in at 5pm and no rooms ready. I waited 2 hours.

Not a happy camper. Beds were very hard and uncomfortable, pillows were too small and too few. On the second day the rooms were not serviced, towels were not replaced. No hair dryer. The hallway was obstructed with furniture.

First and LAST time I'll stay here This was one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at. The room smelled funny and had random black hairs throughout the bathroom and on the pillows. Gross! The hallways and elevator smelled like cigarettes, cigars, and marijuana all combined into one disgusting smell. The quality of people staying there were sub-par (to put it in a nice way). Convienent location Pluses: Convienent location near a wedding i attended at the vinyards. Hotel is just off the highway. Room and hallways were clean and quiet. Rate was decent. Negatives: Most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept on. Stiff as a board. A shag carpeted floor would have been more comfortable than that bed. Front desk couldn't suggest any breakfast locations but a donut shop and Subway.

Extended Stay Simi Valley I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. When I had my reservation cancelled at the last minute it took me over a week to see a refund. I am still waiting for a full refund and only received a partial one. I plan to follow up with the hotel management in the near future.

Extended Stay America, Simi Valley This was, hands down, the worst hotel experience I've ever had. I was given a room that appeared to have not been cleaned in years: Mold was growing in the leftover coffee in the coffee pot, the trashcan was mostly full, the bed was unmade and had burn holes in the mattress pad.
