Smoking People smoke in rooms and it says it's non smoking but it's terrible- smoke alarms go off all the time and people run for exits only to have front desk say they are testing system but no announcement was made ahead- I didn't realize this type if extended stay means they never clean your room or give you towels you have to hunt down staff to take dirty towels before you can get clean ones-

Not worth the money Under staff and unprofessional. Requested a roll a way bed and had to repeatedly call and ask if it was coming. 3 hours later, staff rolled it in and said here and left. Carpet and floor was very dirty. Lifted up our feet and it was dark. Overall this place was a bad experience for us. Never again.

Breakfast was terrible.,I stayed at different extended stay america and my experience was great but this time i was not happy about it.,most terrible breakfast i ever have

Day one, check in was easy. Then as soon as I get in the room the phone rings and a staff member asks me to give them a good score. In the morning I go to take a shower and it doesn't work, so I take a sponge bath because I have an early appointment. On my way out I ask for a maintenance person to look at it. Staff says he called in sick. They tell me they will switch my room with another. I tell them I have to leave, but please have it ready when I get back in the afternoon. Paid in advance for a non-smoking room with 2 double beds. When we arrived all they had were smoking rooms and they smelt so bad that the towels smelled like ash trays.

Awful experience 30mi away from Majic Mountain!!!! The WORST hotel/motel check in & stay I've ever experienced! Only 60 spaces given, not enough to detail EVERYTHING that was unprofessional about this property!! I will NEVER stay at another "Extended Stay" or recommend them either!! A Motel 6 would have been "preferred' over this property any day!!!!!!!

Don't stay here! Terrible. Noising neighbors. Unreal. TV blasting, yelling. Had to change rooms to level 1. Outside my window was a homeless man camped out. Weird homeless people roamed the parking lot at odd hours. It made me feel unsafe and worried about my car.

Find something else Had to try 3 different rooms before finding one that didn't smell! Was amazed that the staff thought that a nonsmoking room that smelt like an ash tray smelt good! The others smelt of mold and rot! Then they tried to give the same room to our friends 10 min after they showed us!!! Don't stay here!!! Looks good in photos but smells awful!!!
