If you don't smoke, don't stay here. We booked this stay based on previous stays at other extended stay locations. When we drove up I noticed a few "sketchy" folks smoking outside a side exit. I dropped off the wife to start checking in and parked. When I returned, my wife said they only had a smoking room and that's what we had booked via Hotels.com. Had this been so stated through the website, we would have looked elsewhere. The desk clerk was pleasant, and did offer us a non smoking handicap accessible room which we took.... read more

this place was terrible I would like someone to respond back. This hotel was terrible. Upon arrival I was informed, I was changed from a king bed to a queen bed. There are no changes because it was a "third party" purchase. I requested a nonsmoking room and was placed on a smoking floor and the room wreaked of vomit smell. I complained enough that a room became available on the first floor. horrible mess. stay far far away from this! ! Horrible. Bad service. Non responsive management. very unclean. Stay Away

Unhappy in Simi Hotel was lacking sufficient housekeeping. Room was clean, but everything else at the hotel felt dirty. Hallways smelled bad, and my room was never cleaned in four night stay. Towels were never refreshed either without asking.

Family Noisy party next door, called desk at 11:30, noise continued until 1:30am. No coffee maker. Will not stay here again.

Room reeked of cigarettes!!! After a long night of driving, we finally get to the hotel. I was very exhausted from driving and all I wanted to do was rest up before my friends wedding the next day. We get to the front desk, nobody was there! We waited for atleast 5 minutes then some lady finally came out of nowhere. The phone was ringing off the hook as we were waiting too. Dissatisfied They offer you coffee in the room and full kitchen service. However NOTHING is available for you IN the room. Not even a glass or a fork. You must go to the reception to get it yourself. Liars and thiefts. That a what Extendend Managment are!
