Our room was very nice and clean. However the guests above us were making noise (jumping and banging) until 4 in the morning. We told the staff in the morning and it began again at 10:00 am and again we let the staff know. Also, we were locked out of our room at 10:30 when check out was at 11:00. We had to go get another key so we could grab our luggage to check out (we placed a "do not disturb" sign on the door when we left for breakfast).

Located in the middle of the city. Easy freeway Front desk very nice. Hallways and rooms smell of smoke.

ehhhhh. two stars.. The only reason this hotel gets two stars is Christine, who is worth a hefty raise. She was very sweet and accommodating. I stayed 4 nights, then 4 nights a few days later. I considered just canceling my reservation for the second stay and booking another hotel. My first room had about an inch of dust on everything, the dishes still had ramen juice in the pot and bowls, but were put back in the cupboard. SIMI VALLEY HOTEL IT WAS GOOD/ FAIR. THERE WAS NO SHAMPOO AND CONDITIONER THEY RAN OUT. DID NOT OFFER ANYTHING. WAS DISAPPOINTED AND GLAD WE ONLY HAD TO STAY 1 NIGHT.

Served its purpose The only reason I stayed here was proximity to the 118 highway and they accepted pets. The room is poorly layed out......the bathroom door swings into kitchenette area and into main walkway- hated that. The front office was always short staffed. The check-out line near 11 am was uncalled for. Hire more people for critical timeframes!!! No daily laundry service, ok, I accept that but had to go to front desk several times because they were too busy to take my linens and there were "none available". The key d... read more

One Night Stay I like the hotel. At first I requested a non smoking single room upstairs. The lady in the front desk said come back half and hour and when I came back in they gave me a handicap room downstairs. She told be while i was checking in that check out was at 11 but i can call and ask for 12. when i called in the morning, they said i needed to get out by 11.
