Hotel a bit seedy with an awful smell in the halls Although the hotel was in a convenient location for the purpose of our stay, I would have paid a bit more for a knowledgable staff, updated look and no smell. No hair conditioner, blow dryer or even a glass for water. I understand you could order things from the front desk but, given the 2 nights we were staying there, it seemed pointless.

Will not stay here again I would never recommend this hotel. The service was awful - It look more than 30 minutes to check in. I will not stay here again.

No curtains. It was an O.K. stay. We got there and the guy at the front told us there was only 1 room available and that it had no curtains. And, it was on the ground floor. Awkward. They gave us a sheet to drape over which was nice of them I guess. I just don't understand why I got a crappy room when I had reserved it over a week in advanced. They did give me $10 off. 30 minutes away from Magic Mountain Pet friendly - 2 Double Bed room with Full Kitchen was supposed to be a non-smoking room, but when we walked in, room smelled like cigarette smoke that's been lingering for awhile. After coming home, our suitcases, clothes, etc. still smelled like cigarettes and we were only there for 2 nights! 3rd time staying The last time I stayed I had an amazing experience, Jenn at front desk was awesome! My room was perfect everything was great. This past week I stayed for 1 night only and it was horrible. They put me in a smoking room after I requested non-smoking, the floor in the hallway was wet there was towels on the floor in front of my room for the whole time I was there even when I left. 1st great, 2nd was terrible... Fridge rattled all night, showers was broke, almonds in the bed, and a messy,dirty, and sticky floor... Plus the associates didn't seem to care.. Won't stay again!!!
On Expedia it explained the hotel was 11 miles away from six flags that was incorrect it was actually 29 miles away big difference

Terrible Paid for two queen beds. Ended up having 1 bed during my 3 day stay. Would not accommodate even though was already paid upfront
