Close to freeway! And very clean rooms! Really nice personal

Made my hotel reservation through Hotels.com and was given free cancellation until 8/24 ( my stay was booked for 8/24-8/25). I tried to cancel my reservation on 8/23 but was not able to do so. I must say that I am very unsatisfied with Hotels.com because this has never happened. Seems to me that there was false advertisement because I was not able to cancel the reservation even though I was given until 4pm on 8/24 to cancel.
The property is in a nice quiet area. Not any signage on the main street for hotel.
