前日、同じ名で場所違いのホテル（Orange County）に宿泊したが、そちらは施設も新しく、清潔だったが、この Torranceの施設は古く、部屋も変な匂いがして快適とは言い難かった。

Not lucky because of the storm and earthquake..
For this location to be located in Torrance across from the Del Amo mall it felt unsafe. There were suspicious people around the location and inside the building. Then booking through Expedia was difficult checking in and giving the impression that I did not have a confirmation when I did. I had to call an Expedia representative person that took too long and delaying my stay. Then lastly, the staff at this location looked sickly and contagious, yet they are present at work.

Swiftie Weekend! My daughter and I stayed over the weekend for the Taylor Swift concert and had a please stay. The staff we encountered were all very kind and friendly. I admired the sense of teamwork with the manager and housekeeping staff!

NOT THE BED I BOOKED The room was ok, but the was not as advertised. I booked a room with a queen size bed. When I got to the room the bed was a full size (much smaller) I went down to the front desk to see if I can get a room with a queen size bed. I was met with a not so helpful employee. She told me that is a queen I disagreed, and then she ask me if I wanted to check out. Not very helpful.
