Staff not ready to receive us after coming at 4:30 PM. They didn’t have room cleaned. Had to wait an hour and a half before ready. No clean towels in the room No ice machine il on the property

Its alright inside room was clean, but theres no small shampoo or conditioner inside the bathroom. TV remote is not working, I Guess no battery on the remote.

Dishes were only available upon request, the floor felt sticky, the trim in the bathroom was broken and hang off, the microwave was super loud and sounded like it was gonna break down also oy one of the burners in the kitchen would turn on so it did not feel safe enough to cook which was a reason to get a room with a kitchen..
