I had no real issues with the area surrounding the property. But the service I was provided was not what I was accustomed to. The receptionist that assisted me when I checked in took her time playing with a dog before helping me. And when I checked out I was not provided a receipt when I asked for one.

Venimos de Colombia y nuestras tarjetas de débito no traen el nombre y el hotel pidió que la tarjeta trajera mi nombre impreso en ella para poder pagar el deposito o sino no nos podíamos hospedar. En ningún lado durante el proceso de reserva decia que el depósito solo se podia hacer con tarjeta débito o crédito y además que debia tener el nombre y apellido en la tarjeta impreso. Entonces un extranjero o perosna que solo tenga una tarjeta de débito sin nombre en ella, nonse podría hospedar en este hotel

The staff were amazing, but the property was surrounded by a really bad smell that permeated everything.

It was clean. Close to a lot of food places etc. I didn't like the fact u have to ask for dishes. Over all it was a pleasant stay.

Super nice staff. They made me really feel welcome. It’s an older property and it shows. My sink faucet dripped all night long. Comfortable bed. Nice enough linens. Big room. Breakfast was lame: instant oatmeal and granola bars. Fake cream for the coffee. Convenient location to quick restaurants and the shopping mall. I’d stay again.
This isn’t your typical hotel At night some workers like to close the front door to the lobby ,it was late night and no sigh no nothing had to call twice before the man got to the front let us and another person from a different room in . He looked like he was sleeping didn’t bother to apologize or to speak to us we tried to talk to him he walked to the back .. The Breakfast is literally coffee/hotcoco and a granola bar ..The ladies from the morning were amazing and supper nice .

Problems with check in. Property was dirty outside ex: trash overflowing from the trash cans. The hotel is old and smelled of marijuana. When the water is turned on from another room you can hear it pretty loud from your bedroom. Over priced. They give out plates and utensils if asked if you need to cook in your room.
