NOT THE BED I BOOKED The room was ok, but the was not as advertised. I booked a room with a queen size bed. When I got to the room the bed was a full size (much smaller) I went down to the front desk to see if I can get a room with a queen size bed. I was met with a not so helpful employee. She told me that is a queen I disagreed, and then she ask me if I wanted to check out. Not very helpful. I had no real issues with the area surrounding the property. But the service I was provided was not what I was accustomed to. The receptionist that assisted me when I checked in took her time playing with a dog before helping me. And when I checked out I was not provided a receipt when I asked for one.

Venimos de Colombia y nuestras tarjetas de débito no traen el nombre y el hotel pidió que la tarjeta trajera mi nombre impreso en ella para poder pagar el deposito o sino no nos podíamos hospedar. En ningún lado durante el proceso de reserva decia que el depósito solo se podia hacer con tarjeta débito o crédito y además que debia tener el nombre y apellido en la tarjeta impreso. Entonces un extranjero o perosna que solo tenga una tarjeta de débito sin nombre en ella, nonse podría hospedar en este hotel

The staff were amazing, but the property was surrounded by a really bad smell that permeated everything.

It was clean. Close to a lot of food places etc. I didn't like the fact u have to ask for dishes. Over all it was a pleasant stay.
