Had a unique case where my obligations wouldn't allow me to check in within their window of time (3p-12a). I called to ask if they could check me in early, over the phone, or if a family member could check me in and basically got told no and there were no options or exceptions I could be granted. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I've stayed here on multiple occasions and this particular room had carpet and it was rather dirty feeling and felt damp in part of the room. Facility is a bit shabby; they are currently restructuring. They serve breakfast, but what they serve does not fit in the description "breakfast", unless you consider a granola bar and weak coffee as such. So you prepare your own breakfast and coffee. For that purpose you can obtain a kitchen kit. Had to ask for it 3 times. No new towels and cleaning when you stay less than 7 days. You can get clean towels at the front desk though. front desk was great
I had everything I needed. Bed, kitchenet, refrigerator, microwave, sink. I used them all and a TV which I used. I would like to have had Fox Business channel, but it was not available on the guide. The elevator was essential if I was to be on an upper floor. I can do stairs by myself but not with suitcases. So I liked that.
