Overpriced Shabby Could be nice with a refresh of the room and halls and some ventilation. The one thing to keep in mind is it seems to be a makeshift apartment for people who treat it like their own. I am not talking business people on a trip. More like people one step away from homelessness. Pajamas and slippers in the lobby and people chatting with the staff about nothing made it hard to get help. Fuerte olor a Cigarro. El cuarto tenía un fuerte olor a cigarro. La calidad de las toallas y sabanas es muy pobre. En general este hotel necesita una buena renovación y prohibir que los huéspedes fumen en los cuartos.

Overall great! Furniture could use a replacement The service was great and everything. I just think that the quality of the room could be improved or remodeled. The night stand cabinet should be replaced as it seemed old. The cabinet under the sink should be replaced as well since it was pretty much chipped off. However, overall, it was great place and location to have somewhere to sleep the night.

I had an issue with cleanliness and wifi. The manager Ceasar was very helpful as well as Bri from the front desk. They handled the issue and kindly refunded one night for my 3 night stay.

Convenient location prices reasonable poor selection of cable channels needs better cleanup & maintenance of property

Nice place to stay, pet friendly. The place was very nice for a hotel designed for long term stays. The unit had a kitchenette and a table to work on. The room was clean and we'll maintained. The bed was comfortable. There pet policy is one of the better ones out there. They only charge $25 extra a night. The only bad thing I can say was it took a while to check in. It was not the clerks problem but the computer system acting up.
