Cleaning up the worst Cleaning up has to be requested otherwise the room is not cleaned up. Cleaning up should be done on a daily basis without asking the customers

We booked this very last minute on a three day weekend and were happy to have a room. The room was very basic, but clean. They offer amenities, but you have to ask for each and everything you want. Room cleaning was an extra fee. We would stay again, but not expect much but a large, clean room.

Extended Stay America May 2019 Pretty average in all accounts. Easy place to stay with all the necessities for a business trip.
I didn't like that they weren't accomidating me when I asked for an early check-in when the room was available. There was a parade down there street and all the surrounding streets were closed. So I had to wait the parade out and sit in my car.
