I had previously requested a ground level room because I was traveling with my dog. When I checked in they were going to put us on the second floor, but I mentioned my request. The front desk manager Nurul, took me to a ground floor room, asked me if it was satisfactory for my needs, and gave me that room. Thank you!

車がないなら他のエクステンドへ 平均的なextendedだと思いますが、私の部屋は料理臭がきつかったです 便利な場所ですがデルアモも車なしではしんどい距離で、トーランスでエクステンドならデルアモか、ハーバーゲートウェイの方が徒歩圏内にいろいろあって何かと便利そう

Bummer I was charged the wrong rate. The lobby was in rough shape - worn door handles, chipped and mismatched paint. Carpet in room was old and dingy. Kitchenette was very dated. Pillows were cheap and flat. There was no curtain sheer. Breakfast was very low budget.

Ok hotel conveniently located First the positives. The beds were very comfortable had a good nights sleep and it was quiet. The staff were helpful and friendly and the location was good, walking distance to stores and restaurants and a short drive to the beach. Parking was plentiful and free and the rooms non-smoking. Now the negatives. The tub was stopped up and we were inconvenienced for about 45 minutes while maintenance unclogged it. It was a little bit dirty. The staff was not friendly. The price was high.
