ESA Torrance Review Poor wifi connection, horrible breakfast, pets and cigarette smell all in corridor and elevator, dirty kitchenette and room. Staff is not very helpful

Lackluster and confusing at the extended stay Check it was delayed by over an hour. The man at the desk could not give me any communication regarding the delay. He directed me to "keep waiting". Once I was finally able to check in, the room I was staying in completely smelled permeated in cigarette smoke. All of my clothes ended up smelling as if I had been smoking. The room itself was clean and comfortable, except for the overwhelming smell of cigarettes.

early morning check in Got in very late, or early in the morning and was very happy to have a place to stay. Service was good, very polite.

cozy temp home both clerks were easy to contact and very accommodating. my bathroom fan was noisy and intermittent but they tend to do that. it's a beautiful thing to barrow a pan and cook up stuff from the grocers down the street.

Headboard broke while I was laying in bed. Cable TV kept going to no signal.
