Proche de l'aéroport Check in rapide et chambre spacieuse. Petit dej à emporter ce n'est pas la folie... quelques muffins ou barres de céréales, café, thé. Un grand effort est à faire sur le petit dej. Sinon je recommande cette hôtel, 15 20 mins de l'aéroport.

Check-in and check-out staff very pleasant, but didn't appear too knowledgeable about billing and how hotels.com worked, because they charged my Discover credit card at time of check-in because I didn't bring my hotels.com receipt stating that I pre-paid, so I had to call hotels.com after coming home, and your staff rectified the issue directly with hotel.

The room was nice and quiet and clean. AC rattled a bit but I just turned it off as it was not needed. Staff was incredibly helpful. Hallway and elevator were a bit dingy and smelled bad (beer and weed?), but room was great. I would give five stars if it were not for commmon areas.

Nice, convenient hotel for pet owners We had a nice stay at Extended Stay America in Torrance. It is centrally located, close to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. I appreciate this hotel chain for it's many charitable activities, which are evident throughout the lobby and elevator areas. In addition, they welcome pets, which is a necessity for many travelers.
