Decent hotel. Could be a bit cleaner but OK as is.

great staff made us feel welcome the staff made it work for us...if you have staff that is happy with their jobs it makes a big difference in how you are received and how you feel! the staff here was friendly and helpful!!! the room was what we expected! overall we are very happy with our experience at extended stay america, torrance!

Rude people They were really rude to us. We are in a band and touring and they gave us bad customer service due to what we looked like. Never staying there again

Good basic hotel for more of an apartment feel Very basic but nice. Clean, simple, no frills. No pool, no gym, etc. but nice rooms with kitchen. No coffee maker available which was annoying, had to go to the lobby for coffee. Staff was ambivalent but helpful. No daily housekeeping which we liked, no maids knocking on the door every day.

Disappointed Our check-in took quite a while as we waited for the only staff member to check us in and answer the phone. She spent a lot of time with the individual on the line as we patiently waited. We were given a room with a sofa bed that did not work and we asked for a non-smoking room. The room smelled of cigarette smoke since most of the rooms on the third floor were smoking rooms. Acceptable But Don't Have High Expectations Older hotel-lacking amenities for an Extended Stay. Room was clean, location was good. If you wanted hair dryer, dishes, anything like that you had to go down stairs and ask at the front desk. Understand the sanitary reasoning but rather inconvenient. Continental breakfast was granola bars, very small muffins (which if you didn't get down early were all gone) and coffee.

Nice place would go again. Rooms are clean. Staff is nice. I do wish they offered a bit more for the breakfast

Atendeu às necessidades Hotel é bem localizado, perto do melhor shopping da redondeza. Não oferece muitos serviços. Quarto bem equipado. Internet razoável e não tem serviço de arrumadeira.

Poor service Great except ,service from the front desk Free wifi was not connected and when I ask from the front desk he said that it is not his problem without even checking and ask to call to a general number.it took 15 minutes and finally the fault was not updating my name from the front desk. I'm really disappointed due to the front desk officer's act and the behavior
