このレベルなら値段を下げてほしい 大人2名子ども2名(中高生)で利用。 低評価の理由は、 ①2クイーンベッドの部屋を予約していたが、空きがなく1キング+ソファベッド(ダブルサイズくらい)へ変更に。小さい子どもではないのでダブルでは狭い。 ②とにかく掃除が行き届いていなくて汚い。戸棚に使用済み紙コップが残っている、床に食べかすのようなゴミが落ちている、バスルームには髪の毛が落ちている…など。ソファ(ベッドとして利用)もカビ臭いような異臭が。 ③シャワーのお湯の出が弱く水量も少ない。 ④連泊だったが2日目の掃除は入らず、しかもタオルは新しいものが用意できないので自分でコインランドリー(施設内にあり。洗濯機乾燥機それぞれ2.5ドルが必要)でやってくれと。ついでがあったので洗いましたが。 散々でしたが、私たちにとっては立地が良かったことだけが救いなのと、フロントスタッフの女性はとても良い方で、ゲストのリクエストに一生懸命答えようとしていました。いわくワンオペだそうで(少なくとも19:00-22:00の間は)、単に人出不足なのかもと感じました。

I booked a non smoking room, when I got there they told me only smoking room available, it was 2am I had my wife and kids with Me no time to go and look for another place, so I took the room, maaaannn it smelled sooo bad, the room smell the carpet smell the bed smell the bed sheets smell the pillow smell badddd

不愉快極まりないフロントの対応 フロントの「Jannis Jackson」という黒人の女の対応が最悪で、滞在中、メチャクチャ、不愉快な思いをした。喫煙室を予約したのに、ないと言って、謝りもしない。おまけに「泊るのか泊まらないのか早く決めろ、嫌なら、他の人間に部屋を渡す、泊まりたい人間は他にも居る」と言い放って、開き直る。こんな最悪な受付は今までに経験したことがない。このホテルチェーンにはよく泊まっているが、こんな対応は今まで受けたことがない。最悪、こんな女を雇っているホテル自体に疑問を抱く。もう、泊まらないし、絶対に泊まらないほうがいい。こんな受付は世界中、探しても中々いない。クビにして欲しい。
