Hotel Smells The location was nice but the hotel amenities were subpar. Including the front entrance to the hotel the doors were not even automated to accommodate bringing in your luggage with a cart. I’m a non smoker but I could smell smoke in the lobby, the elevator and the room. Upon departure after one night even MY clothes and luggage reeked of smoke.

Was not very clean saw a cockroach in bathtub. Whole place smelled of greasy cooking. If coming in late key didnt work on outer door had to wait for someone to let me in to lobby.

Only thing good here is the lady that checked us in. She tried to make a bad situation right unfortunately her manager was the most unprofessional human I have EVER dealt with. When I called corporate to deal with this situation I was informed there is no audio or visual in lobby and corporate sides with their managers regardless of whether they are blatant liars or not.

The room smelled so bad of old cigarettes I left without checking out. Bed was small and lumpy when I sat on it. I'm sorry but it was a horrible experience.

Room wasn’t ready when it should have been. Shower towels were dirty. Staff was not friendly during checkout or when our keys were not working. Very unhelpful.
