More ‘residents’ than short term guests Luckily all we needed was a bed to sleep in for a few nights, and we weren’t at the property much or we would have changed hotels. We’ve stayed at many Extended Stays and usually enjoy the low prices and clean rooms, but that was not the case on this stay. Preoperty is small , the pictures are a total lie , got here the bathroom was disgusting. The tub was black , the handle to the shower was missing , there was no iron in the room , and some of the pillows were dirty. I paid for a room and got a nasty room , I ended up leaving with my family I couldn’t take it. The staff is rude and acts like they cannot understand you , very unprofessional

Nice exterior appearance. Inside the hallways appeared and smelled unclean. Our room had trash that had not been emptied, what appeared to be mold on the wall above the shower and in the corners of the shower, dirty/stained mattresses, and carpet that appeared unclean.

Worst hotel room ever!! Supposedly it was the last room as I requested to be moved 2 times. The room was filthy. The bathroom had hair in the sink and bathtub. The shower hear and drain were rusted. I had issues getting the window closed. Once that was accomplished I understood why. Within a few hours of the window being closed the room smelled of smoke. There was no remote for the tv. DO NOT STAY HERE Booked the room for Valentine’s Day weeks in advance but when we got there they gave us a different room & blamed it on hotels.com. Then they had people coming into the room working while I’m showering (which was very uncomfortable since I’m a woman & I was alone at the time with men in my room). They should’ve waited to do that when I checked out. Just very unprofessional and inconsiderate.
