Not Coming Back Here Again Bed sheets had hair, trash had not been thrown out, wet towels in the bath tub, no toilet paper, used tampons were on top of the trash, no clean towels had to go to reception to get them, no room service, just a bad stay over all. I travel throughout California frequently, and by far, this was the worst hotel I’ve been in.

No ice machine, no swimming pool, had to request cooking materials at the front, toiletries were not enough, requested for more toiletries and gave 2 small shampoos for 4 people, rooms are not cleaned everyday of the stay, room are not sound proof. Can hear my kids screaming from the end of the building to the front desk

Horrible staff, poor management. We actually checked out early to a new hotel. I do not recommend. Stay away.

Terrible Stay America I was not happy with my stay. When arriving. My room was not ready. Which is okay. There was a lack of garbage cans around the facilities. One main trash can was over filled and spilling. The towels in my room were dirty. I didn’t use them The shower didn’t work properly. The drain did not function as it should have. It was filling the tub up with the water on. Staff was not very friendly or willing to accommodate. Very bad stay here. Did not enjoy.

Not this guy! The worst ever! This place stunk like urine -everywhere. Overall very unprofessional and would never stay here never!
