The employees were extremely unprofessional and hostile. Nakia completely ruined my night. I did not get to stay at my room and I need a refund. This was the worst experience I have ever had. There were dogs barking loud in other guests rooms as well. She threaten to call the cops on us while we were trying to celebrate my cousins birthday. I will never stay at this location again.
First and foremost the manager is rude and disrespectful. She needs additional training on how to deal with customers. Kicked us out the room, after making false accusations that we were smoking in “her room.” Upon arrival, my fiancé and I had to wait 1.5 hours because our room wasn’t ready. Extremely Poor Value I was initially put into a handicap accessible room. I spoke to Neakeia and she quickly changed my room. Neakeia was the only good aspect of my stay. The pots, pans and utensils did not match and were bent and horribly used. As a result I did not prepare any meals. I ate out. The drain in the tub/shower was almost clogged. I took a shower and the water came up to my ankles.

Don’t want to it’s overrated, I want a refund immediately
Disappointed First I was a bit annoyed w the front desk clerk when we checked in. Usually, I just hand my ID , this time asked my last name, I handed my ID card but still asked for my last name. She probably recognized I was a bit annoyed and her demeanor changed right away. The room has a peculiar smell... i could put my finger what kind off smell. The window was even opened and the AC was blasting ...but the smell is there. The tub or drain is clogged as water does not freely go in.

Room was not clean. Sheets were dirty and bathroom toilet had not been cleaned.
