Our room was not very clean. Dirty walls, dust on light fixtures, countertops not wiped down. Staff was very friendly, but I would not stay there again.

Room Smelled like cigarettes

Check in was at 3:00 pm. When I got there the room wasn’t ready and had to wait until 5: 45pm. Horrible. This is always the case with this hotel. Have had to stay in the past at extended stay , and the wait is always about 2 hours. The room had cockroaches in the bathroom. In the past I had a room with a sofa bed and the bed had urine stains all over. Overall the service and cleanliness needs much improvement.

The property itself is nice and is in a great location. The beach is 2 miles away. There's a mall and food less than half a mile and definitely walking distance. Now this is supposed to be a "non-smoking" hotel, and the place reeked of weed smoke in the hallways and in the elevators. A fellow patron made the same complaint, and the on duty front desk staff, sprayed in the elevator.
