The elevator was out of service. The staff was really courteous and friendly. Will definitely come back.

Even i have requested late check out, and approved, but still someone knocking the door to make discomfort around official check out time 11am. Approval and treatment of late check out did not mean at all since it was very uncomfortable.

Friendly staff and clean room The staff on duty was very friendly and helpful. The place is very close to the Dignity Health Field (driving distance) and various stores. As for the room, it was nice and clean but the bed/pillows could be better as far as comfort goes.
Clean, friendly staff, free parking with guest pass, nice kitchen within the room.

Booked a second night at 7am , left for work and returned late afternoon all my belongings were. Missing from the room.went to front desk and they told me the second night wasn’t recorded because it was booked on Expedia too early in the day .picked up my belongings from storage room and returned to room . I never heard this excuse from any other ext. stay America .I will never stay at this hotel again .
