Front desk staff is exceptional. On Saturday (8/16/20) morning my check-in was effortless. The young lady that checked me in was polite and efficient. She was positive and friendly, and it was a refreshing experience. Customer Service gets a 10!

My work related business trip: I’m a traveling nurse and I was there for business I stayed for quite a few nights.The rooms are OK but they need to do a upgrade with their mattresses.The mattress was Very uncomfortable I hardly got any sleep.They also need to do a better job with separating the smoking rooms from the non-smoking rooms. The perks Are that it’s right near the beach the mall and a lot of nice restaurants. Would I return?Only if I found out that they replaced their mattresses.
