Great Place to Stay Front desk lady was AMAZING! Very friendly and helpful and kind. Something we found hard to find on our 3300 mile travels with other hotels!

Easy to get to, easy access parking. Responsive and friendly staff. Bed wasn’t comfortable, pull out couch very uncomfortable. Property was clean and quiet.

Although the place was worn and needed updated, the beds were great! There weren't any pots or pans, utensils etc, but after calling the front desk, the lady upfront (Erin) delivered us two baskets of kitchenware. Thank you Erin for being so helpful, informative, welcoming, professional and warm to us in our short stay. You made everything right! We slept well and was glad we found this place to rest after a hectic commute.

It was ok...nothing fancy. The bathroom door was a pocket door that was hard to open and close. The room was clean. The bathtub faucet was loose and needed to be caulked.

Always Cozy! Almost everything was good with the exception of slippery tub syndrome. This is the first time I've stayed at an ESA & had a tub with no mat or slip resistant strips. All in all, the stay was good though.

The best hotel to stay at in Louisville I will definitely stay there again they are very friendly and greet you with a smile and excitement make you feel very comfortable as you check in they rooms are very nice and beds are comfortable no loud noise at night you will get a good night's rest guaranteed one of the best hotels in Louisville will stay there every time I visit Louisville thanks for the great hospitality and nice rooms.

#1 Pick when I book a room in Louisville! I always have a amazing stay at this Hotel.. Out of all of the one's in Louisville I prefer this one the best. The staff was very generous and helpful. Price is very reasonable! I highly recommend this hotel as your place to stay if thinking about it!
