Check in policies and payment to extend was difficult. Staff tried to be helpful.

Need to get new key cards more wah towles abetter

I believe Orbitz or the hotel dropped the ball. I got to my hotel and was turned away due to overbooking even though I had a reservation through orbitz. The desk clerk helped me find a new room however I was told they knew they had no rooms earlier in the night. I believe they should have called everyone with reservations ahead of time.

Cigarette butts litter the place.guy at checkin was all business not very friendly. Cheap,close, clean the grounds-not bad at all

Price & Cleanliness Great. Amenities definitely "Extended Stay" (Should have expected that)

Stay was ok Description said breakfast was offered but there was no breakfast. Dresser drawers were busted and didn't shut properly. When we arrived, we were given a one bed room, even though we booked a 2 bed room. Front desk person tried to argue that we booked a 1 bed room, but finally made it right.
