Loved the proximity to Liberty University campus! Front Desk manager, Michael, went above and beyond to make sure we had all the coffee we needed! So kind and started off the day just right! Will stay again!

The first room I was placed in had no working air conditioning and a very bad odor. Within two minutes of advising the staff I had been moved to an excellent room. The check-in process and attentiveness of the front desk staff was outstanding.

Deep sleepers only Poor sound insulation between floors. Wasn’t able to sleep after 5 a.m due to noise from room above. Nice area. Room was clean. If I had brought ear plugs it would of helped. Would recommend for deep sleepers, very convenient location.

Was disappointed that they had nothing for someone who is gluten free for breakfast.

This place is in dire need of remodeling I stayed one night and the overall condition of the room and tables is badly in need of replacement shower head was loose and almost unscrews when I tried to adjust it
