Safe place to stay when visiting our son at Liberty University. They allow pets too which is a big plus since we have small dog.

It was OK for the price paid, but furniture in the room was worn, most items looked old, plumbing did not work well. Not likely to stay here again.

when I arrived after 11pm at night to check in, they informed me that they had oversold and there was no where for me to stay. the man at the desk was like, "I don't know what to tell you". I said, well someone should find me a room and it shouldn't be me. fortunately, the manager came out and handled it and within minutes expedia was calling to find me a room. Hence, thanks to the manager, your very unhappy score changed to neutral.
