Rude Guest Services-Check-In Process I was not happy with the check in process and the rudeness of the front desk clerk at this time (Shelly I believe is her name). Her tone was super demanding and rude. I was traveling with my 19 year old niece who was out getting our luggage and stuff because i am disabled. She required her id as well as mine and as many hotels in the Lynchburg area that I have stayed this was never a requirement. I liked it because it was close to Liberty university. The young lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.
It is comforting and clean! I love the staff
Clean, simple hotel LU convenience I love that it is so easy to walk to the University or drive anywhere in town with ease. This is a very simple hotel with extremely basic snacks for breakfast. Kitchens, no ice machine. I basically come to sleep and visit my daughters at Liberty Univ.

Good hotel- great manager The hotel is fine. The on duty staff was excellent and overworked yet exceedingly helpful. The facility should pay more to get help and keep it!
Before I begin, understand that Shana and the other front desk employees were responsive to my concerns, polite and helpful. None of this is their fault, and I am posting this review to encourage their company to fix problems here. Problems with the room: the room front door has an odd smell. The bathroom sink has a chunk out of it (front desk said corporate knows but hasn't fixed it). There's a dark spot in the shower that makes the shower look unclean. There's no stopper in the sink.
