Courteous Service The lady working the front desk during the second shift on 4/26/24 when I checked in was wonderful. Very helpful and concerned about our wellbeing.
Rude Guest Services-Check-In Process I was not happy with the check in process and the rudeness of the front desk clerk at this time (Shelly I believe is her name). Her tone was super demanding and rude. I was traveling with my 19 year old niece who was out getting our luggage and stuff because i am disabled. She required her id as well as mine and as many hotels in the Lynchburg area that I have stayed this was never a requirement.
