What you REALLY need to know! Booked online - convenient and easy. Price was right. However, when I tried to contact the hotel, @ 8:00 pm the evening of arrival, to advise them of my expected arrival time, I was unable to speak with a live representative, and was unable to leave a message - the phone system kept routing me back to the main menu no matter what option I selected. excellent place to stay for the budget Perfect location. Very clean and spacious.
Good Room - Great Price Clean room, courteous staff, refrigerator and microwave, all for less than similar quality hotels.
Pretty Good The room was clean & comfortable at a good price. My only complaints were, there was no coffee maker in my room & a piece of the counter top molding was missing.
Great hotel, Great service Book online. You'll be charged the full price in person. It's clean (except for the hallway carpeting in spots). There are some out of town construction worker guests but they're quiet and pleasant. Evidently a hard day's work makes them that way! The staff is very customer service oriented even the lowest on the totem pole. You only get one free room cleaning per 7 days but you can get it for $5-$10 in between. Liked that it had a small kitchen at an affordable price. It was a nice hotel to stay at, liked the small kitchen.
Nice and comfortable We were very happy with our room. The beds were comfortable, the place was really busy but it was quiet. We were located just over the front entrance and that never bothered us once we were in our room. I appreciated reading earlier that it was not accessible right off the main road and we had to look for the access road as that made it easier to get to for me.
Great room for the money Was a bit concerned when I saw 2 less then stellar reviews a few days after I had booked the room, but everything was just fine. We had none of the issues reported in the prior reviews.
