Easy check in, great staff, smells like cheap febreze but overal is really good cheap price and good staff really attentive and the place is really near everything the mall, lots of food places.

There was hair in the tub, what looks like dried blood on the window shade. The door of the room seems to not latch properly

The beds were extremely uncomfortable, shower had no pressure at all, the sinks did not get hot.

The lady at the front desk was very nice. She was prompt in helping. The tall guy manager very helpful as well. I think the cleaning service could be better.

I stayed here for 10 days, not 1 day was the room cleaned... The location was great and ideal for going to new York or downtown jersey

Breakfast could of been a little better maybe some cereal and juice and milk for the kids only coffee tea or hot chocolate but they do have a big refrigerator and a small stovetop so you can make something to eat
